On August 11, the construction site of the new office, R&D, quality inspection complex and valve intelligent manufacturing workshop of the second phase of the Afa Flow Project was bustling with people and machinery. The workers worked skillfully and closely in various areas, striving to complete the main project framework structure by the end of August.
As of today, the number of workers participating in the construction site every day has reached nearly 100. The six-story floor slab of the office, R&D and quality inspection complex is being poured and the roof is expected to be completed in mid-August. The steel structure of the valve intelligent manufacturing workshop is hoisting columns. The renovation of the original spraying plant has been fully completed and is now in use.
Considering the impact of high temperature and rainy weather on on-site operations, the company's staff in charge of the second phase project construction and the construction party jointly studied and adjusted the construction plan to ensure heatstroke prevention and cooling and safe construction progress. At the same time, the construction time of front-line workers was optimized, starting work earlier in the morning and leaving work later in the evening, reasonably avoiding the high temperature period at noon and ensuring that daily work tasks were completed on time with quality and quantity.
The company's Phase II project includes a high-end valve intelligent manufacturing workshop and an office, R&D and quality inspection complex and the original spraying plant will be upgraded and renovated. After the Phase II project is completed and put into use, the company's office, R&D, quality inspection and other work will be more independent and professional and the technical level and professional ability will be further improved. Valve manufacturing will realize the division of processing, assembly, maintenance and other processes, coordinated cooperation and intelligent manufacturing. Ball machining, cold spraying, hot spraying, grinding and other processes are all completed independently by the company. By then, the company's valve processing and manufacturing capabilities, quality control level, design and production efficiency, etc. will have a qualitative leap and improvement.
