On July 15, 2019, TUV SÜD sent two review experts (Mr. Cui and Mr. Ge) to form an expert group to conduct an annual audit of Afa's IS09001 quality management system. At 9:30, the head of the expert group presided over the first audit meeting. Afa's chairman Xie Zhengze, deputy general manager Hu Fengguang and relevant personnel from the technical department, quality department, procurement department and production department attended the meeting.
The IS09001 quality management system mainly includes: strengthening quality management and improving corporate benefits, enhancing customer confidence and expanding market share, improving the quality awareness of all employees and improving corporate culture, obtaining an international trade "passport" and eliminating international trade barriers, improving public image and social relations and providing consumers with better choices.
All departments of the company cooperated with the expert group to conduct spot checks on the materials and production sites. The patent group put forward rectification opinions on the problems found in the spot check and the audit achieved the expected purpose.
At the critical moment when the company was fully committed to the valves of Baofeng, Tianchen and other customers that were about to be delivered, the annual audit of the IS09001 quality management system played a positive role in promoting the company's continuous improvement work.
