Afa Flow Control Co., Ltd. is a technology-based valve company integrating R&D, design, manufacturing, sales and service. In order to further expand the company's production capacity, improve production efficiency, improve product quality, meet market demand and better serve customers, the company has newly planned the construction of the second phase of the project with a total investment of approximately RMB 50 million. The project includes a high-end valve intelligent manufacturing workshop and an office, R&D and quality inspection complex building, and upgrades and renovates some of the original old factory buildings. The new valve intelligent manufacturing workshop has a building area of approximately 3,900m2, and the new complex building has a building area of approximately 5,200m2. The company has purchased domestic advanced valve intelligent manufacturing professional equipment, added a batch of CNC intelligent processing centers and introduced foreign advanced supersonic cold spray equipment, which complements the original hot spray equipment and complements its strengths, solving the problem that conventional valve materials in the domestic chemical industry cannot meet the requirements of harsh working conditions.
The project started construction on April 20, 2020 and is scheduled to be completed and put into production in November 2020. In order to ensure that the project can be put into use as soon as possible after completion and form a new economic growth point, the company has established new institutions such as the Intelligent Manufacturing Center, the Ball Division, the Spraying Division and the Valve Maintenance Division and supplemented relevant professional and technical personnel and skilled workers. After the project is completed and put into production, it will further enhance the core competitiveness of the company's products, better optimize and adjust the product structure, make the production more efficient and precise and achieve smarter manufacturing, more reliable quality,and longer service life and make greater contributions to the localization of high-end valves in China's chemical industry.
